MakeOver was established in April 1990, located at No. 1 Coleman Street, #02-38, The Adelphi, Singapore 179803 and is managed by M/s Adeline Siah graduated with Cidesco International Diploma, Confederation of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology Diploma; and ITEC. She also attended an intensive training on the full range of JANESCE products conducted by Mrs Janice Smith in Adelaide, South Australia in 1990.
