• Assist employer in quota enquiry so to ensure that the employing company has sufficient quota to employ PRC worker.
• Shortlist worker based closely on employers requirement;
• Arrange for the employer's representative to conduct interview with the short listed workers (Min order of 10 workers), if necessary;
• Assist on Work Permit Application & purchase of Security Bond and Workmen compensation insurance under employing company, if necessary;
• Assist the employer in locating suitable and acceptable lodging for the workers, if necessary;
• Provide transportation to pick up the workers _disibledevent="on">Singapore Changi Airport to their quarters;
• Provide orientation to the workers;
• Sent workers to the employer premises on the first day of work;
• Arrange the workers to have a medical examination with a Singapore registered doctor;
• Arrange the workers to register at the Work Pass Service Centre (WPSC) for thumb print and photo imaging;
• Manage the workers well being during the employment and provide counseling from time to time, if necessary;
• Assist in the repatriation of workers upon expiry or termination of the employment agreement;
• Provide free replacement of workers;
• To assist in collection, cancellation, renewal of Work Permits and other administrative matters pertaining to Ministry Of Manpower (MOM) during the workers employment;
