Who's Mosaic?
I am commonly known as a freelance creative consultant, but more accurately as a portfolio worker.

I started as a freelance web designer, later became creative director and general manager of Tribal DDB Singapore during the dot com period, then worked as a contractor for Avaya Asia Pacific as the region's portal editor, joined Nokia soon after as a CRM and online marketing manager, and currently working as a contractor for Avanade as a usability specialist.

My career decision as a portfolio worker is driven mostly by choice, picking up new skills and knowledge as I work with different experts, and applying newly acquired knowledge to add value to areas of projects I am responsible for.

Mosaic Consulting is a business I started in early 2002 to manage my web consulting work.

Why Mosaic?
Mosaic is the original web browser. It also represents my view of what makes the web so attractive: each site so unique in its purpose and personality that they produce an inspiring range of diversity. Your brand image on the web should be just as inspiring.
