Internship USA was officially introduced in Singapore in November 1999. The program is designed to offer international students the opportunity to seek an exciting learning experience in the USA to acquire professional work experience, and to enhance their technical skills associated with their major field of study. On this program, students from Singapore are able to develop their professional skills and learn the US business practices while being immersed in the American lifestyle and culture.
Participants taking part in Internship USA may work in the US from a minimum of 3 months up to a maximum of 18 months. An additional 30 days optional traveling time is allowed upon completion of the internship duration. The internship can start at any time of the year.
Our official US partner for this program, Council Exchanges is authorized by the US State Department to act as a legal sponsor for qualified participants selected for Internship USA.
