Over the past decades, Lim Kim Hai Electric expanded its operations and consolidated its leading position in the distribution of industrial electrical and control products through the     
Lim Kim Hai Group of Companies.

On 19 May 2003, the LKH Group was acquired by Singapore Main Board listed Tai Sin Electric Cables Manufacturer Limited (Tai Sin). The Tai Sin Group has subsidiaries and offices located in Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam and New Zealand providing quality services and products to its diverse customers worldwide.
