Partner Yoga provides you lots of great fun and laughter while you do all the strengthening and stretching of the muscles.  Partners are required to rely on each other to support the balance, to keep correct body alignment, and to trust each other during the process.

Partner Yoga helps to build the trust, understanding and to know each other better through the various supports in the class. This is not only an exercise, but for you to establish continuous bonding and to breath together. This also helps to foster communication as partners go through the classes.
