A.B. Mohamed Restaurant is Singapore's prime restaurant specializing in the famous Prata and Exotic Southern Indian cuisine. The Prata (round flat fried dough) is usually served plain or with eggs. They also have another well-known Indian dish called ABM Malabar Murtabak (special Prata filled with onion, eggs, chicken and mutton). According to Mr. A.B Mohamed, he owns the family secret recipe for the preparation of the dough, cooking and serving. Therefore, the Prata served at his restaurants are exceptionally delicious - fresh and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The restaurant also serves a wide variety of exotic authentic cuisine that includes - Chicken/ Mutton/ Fish Briyani, Chicken Masala, Mutton Curry, Fish Sambal, Cuttlefish Curry, Sri Lankan Crabs, Prawn Masala, Vegetable, Dosai, Idly and many more.
