I am looking for resale flats but I realise a lot of sellers are asking for VERY HIGH COV!!! how can we afford this since Singaporeans are not cash rich but CPF rich? I really need to get a flat but dur to this issue, it seems pretty tough to get a house that I prefer. Any implementations that Singapore Government going to improvise?
