ABOUT US Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Natural Cool Holdings Limited and was incorporated in 1993. We are a major authorised dealer of leading airconditioner brands in Singapore, and the preferred partner of several of several established airconditioner brands, including Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Sanyo, Samsung and Toshiba. Our Organisation Our organisation has the support strength of more than 250 staff members and we are well-equipped to provide unparalleled service to our customers. Furthermore, we are in the midst of a regional expansion into countries like China, Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar. With the adoption of a regional-oriented outlook, we have expanded our scope of operations to better cater to our customers' every cooling need. Our product portfolio now includes a wide range of airconditioning related materials, clean-air products, and precision airconditioners.

OUR SERVICES

Natural Cool's business operations are categorised into 5 different units:

Commercial Installation
We are registered under the Building and Construction Authority and are involved in the tender, supply, and installation of airconditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems for commercial and developmental projects. We are also involved in private and governmental turnkey projects.


Commercial Servicing
Besides being on standby 24 hours to provide repair and maintenance services for major commercial and industrial facilities, we offer a range of comprehensive and integrated services for commercial buildings and factories.


Retail Installation
We provide customers with a wholesome retail experience by supplying them with information during the selection, purchase and installation of airconditioning systems. Furthermore, we go a step further by offering design consultancy services to commercial and residential customers and advising them on how to maximise the performance of their airconditioners within a designated floor area.


Retail Servicing
Our team of expert technicians help in the servicing, repairing and maintenance of our customers' airconditioning systems, as well as provide professional advice and tips to help our customers better care for their airconditioning systems.


Trading
We engage in the supply, import and export of airconditioning equipment, related accessories, materials and parts, and ventillation products. We are also involved in the fabrication of customised/ ready-made stainless steel brackets and accessories
