General Servicing * General servicing is required to prevent your system from damage due to wear and tear and our job scope is:
* Cleaning of air filter.
* Cleaning of cover.
* Cleaning of cooling coil ( Chemical cleaning not included )
* Flush the drainage piping with chemical.
* Checking of refrigerant pressure (R22).
* Check fan bearing.
* Check operation of thermostat.
