- Installation of softwares & orientation to Mac OS interface, sharing many tips with new Mac users
- Mail Configuration (POP & IMAP gmail/yahoo etc) to Mac mail for fast & easy reading
- Install Windows XP or Windows 7, running native bootcamp or side by side with Mac
- Advice on backup & warranty purchse in event of computer crashed to minimize inconvenient & data lost
• Software troubleshooting, upgrade of Ram & Hard Disk
- Upgrading of MacBook hard disk to bigger capacity with data transfer
- Upgrading of your MacBook or MacBook Pro or iMac RAM
• Reinstalling of Mac OS X
- Reinstall corrupted operating system when encounter erratic behavior

- Apple iLife (iWorks, Garageband, iMovie, iPhoto) -> for editing of personal photo images, creating home movies & personal music etc
- Design software Adobe inDesign, Photoshop & illustrator -> for professional images & page layout
