What's the cost of renovating a 4 room resale hdb flat? I am planning to look mainly at renovation hdb licensed contractor ONLY.
The work I would like to do is:
2 TOILETS
-piping
-Change whole of bathroom
-bi-folded doors
KITCHEN
-change tiles for kitchen
-kitchen cabinet
-lights
-slighting door
MASTER ROOM
-Remove existing cupboard
-Replace marble tiles that are affected
-Soundproof
2 BEDROOM/STOREROOM/LIVING ROOM
-polish existing marble floor
-change store room door
PAINTING ALL ROOMS
