A favour of help for neighbour Handyman

Hi, I am helpping anybody have the house problems like drilling, electrical, water leaking, plumbing, arranging furniture, fixing.....etc.

No checking, OT and transportation charge.
Only service charge $20.
 And the service does not include the replacement of products items....etc.
If needed to replacement will produce a receipt. Or you buy I fix.
Just a favour of help only.
Rather than getting cheated by those with  licence in newspaper ad.

Only free at night and weekend. Location prefer not too far from central.
