Pride Agency supplies teachers/coaches for enrichment programmes islandwide for all levels.
Pay & Commission: Agency's commission are mostly borne by the teacher. No extra budget required from the employing company. However an agreement has to be achieved that teachers can only be engaged by the agency and no other avenues for a period of mininum one year.
For one time engagement, employer will sustain additional 10% of the teacher's fees as commision to the agency.
Fees are charged by hourly rate. We cater to independant projects like camps, or long term regular partnership.
Supply:
· We supply music teachers, tuition teachers, sport coaches, speech and drama trainers, thinking skill education consultants
Communication between employer and teacher via agency. Phone 3 way interviews can be arranged.
