Martial ArtsMartial Arts offer many benefits, but as always, The Little Gym® believes that learning should be a fun, positive experience. Our martial arts program is strictly non-contact, non-competitive and includes gymnastics. The program is low stress and loaded with music and laughter. We also teach basic blocks, punches and kicks while emphasizing a healthy attitude over absolute precision. Kids learn concentration and focusing skills through fun and organized activities that are developmentally correct. Available to children ages 4-12.
Sports Skills DevelopmentSports and sports-related activities play an integral part in almost every child's physical and social development. Learning the basic sport skills, in an age appropriate manner, creates a foundation for positive sports experiences. Kids build skills that give them the confidence and preparation to have a great time joining in the fun of team sports as they grow. Available to children ages 3-8.
CampsOur summer and holiday camps offer lots of fun and activities. The specially developed camp curriculum combines physical fitness and play with arts, crafts and special events. It's the perfect break for kids (and parents!) during the long summer months and during holiday time. Available to children ages 4 months to 12 years. Camps run two hours for children aged 3 to 12 years. Camps run one and a half hours for children aged 4 months to 3 years.
