ISC Education Centre was established to provide Direct Admission into UK accredited programs in English for Management Studies, Hospitality & Tourism, Administrative & Business Management plus Certification by UK industry-specific governing bodies.
We are committed to provide a high standard of service by promoting an environment conducive to student learning through a low student-teacher ratio of 28-1. We have 2 classrooms, seating capacity of 32 students and 39 students respectively to service our students with enrolments up 120 students in the morning and afternoon classes. We have transparent redress policies that were disseminated to our students during student orientation and these were also conveyed separately in our policies displayed in our website, student handbook, and notice board. The purpose is to assure our student prospects and existing students that their welfare concerns, issues are attended to beside their study needs. English for Management Studies (EMS)
The English for Management Studies (EMS) is a 9 month full time course comprises of EMS 001 (4 months) and EMS 002 (5 months) to prepare international students (non-English speaking) to develop the use of English Language skills, that will help them to further their studies in Business Management, Hospitality & Tourism in English.
This course will further give the students the opportunity to speak on general topics, to communicate in the Business environment and to understand texts on business and management in the English speaking world.
English Language Development, which involves basic grammar and extensive vocabulary exposure.
Writing skills, which have a specific focus on literacy and short essays, memoranda, notes.
Reading, that highlights a study of instruction business-related topics extracted from dailies, periodicals, annual reports and journals.
Listening, that includes simulated presentations, product talks and other sales related talks.
Communication skills , which cover communication situations in meetings, interviews, negotiations and even telephone/web-based conferences.
Diploma in Administrative Management
The Diploma in Administrative Management is a 4 month full time programme which allow students to develop their understanding for Management skills and take a systematic approach to organization and information management.
Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism
The Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism is a 8 month full time programme. Students will attend an optional 6 months Industrial Attachment in Singapore. Upon completion, ISC Education Centre can provide placement for our students to International Hotel Chains and World renowned Food & Beverage outlets for on the job training.
