Dancing has been Allan’s passion since the 80’s. As a competitor, he has amassed many amateur and professional titles in Latin Dance and Rock N Roll at major international events held in Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, and Sri Lanka. Through sheer determination and perseverance, Allan pursued and achieved his ambition of setting up his own dance studio in early 1990. Since then, the studio has constantly achieved a high pass rate for its examination candidates in the ISTD/IDTA Medal Test.  As an accredited coach Allan has since coached many top Latin Dance couples for competition and is reputed to be Singapore. He is also an International Adjucator, judging at many major dance championships around the world. 

In late 1990, Allan met his wife Jessie who has been a great inspiration and assistance to further his aim of promoting dancing in Singapore. Together, Allan & Jessie have attained internationally recognized dance qualifications which include:
