Classroom for Rent @Jalan Bukit Merah

Hi do you need to rent classrooms for a few hours once or twice a week?

We are a Learning Centre with classrooms for Rent Monthly or Weekly.

Lecture Room

(Group presentation Max: 35-45 seated _disibledevent= $65.00 minimum on weekdays.

Classroom 1, 2 & 3
===============
(seating capacity 8-10 equiped w/Tables) 3 by 4 meters - 1.5 to 2 hrs = $45.00 minimum on weekdays.

Complimentary Equipment : Whiteboard is Fixed on Walls in all Rooms with markers made available for use by presenters.

NEC Overhead Fixed Projector for Rent only with booking Lecture Room: Rental Rate @ $10.00 per hour
(Projector can be linked to Notebooks or PC, we have both wireless and Lan Internet access)

Minimum Booking Fee: $45/- per booking (1.5 to 2.5hrs classroom usage). However, for Weekends the minimum charge is $85/- per booking.

Cancellation of Booking
In the event of any cancellation, the following charges will apply:
**If more than 3 workdays notice No charge, but if Less than 3 workdays notice the booking deposit is retained as cancellation fee.

Others
1. All sessions during normal working hours only (Between 8am to 10pm).
2. The Above rates are valid for Weekday bookings only. A surcharge is applicable for bookings on Weekends and Public Holidays subject to availability.
3. All requests for rental of facilities must be confirmed in writing via email or fax 62737242 or sms to 91670007 and is subject to availability of classrooms.
4. A **deposit payment of 50% (Non-refundable) is required upon booking. The balance payment of 50% must be paid on the Reservation/ Event date.
5. We reserves the right to impose any repair or cleaning charges to the client for mishandling of equipment and facilities during the session.
