Inu+Petz was set up by long-time friends and avid animal lovers Christine Loo and Adeline Wong in June 2005. Christine says that they opened the store in the Kallang Bahru estate to cater to customers in this vicinity, as there hadn't been a store in the area. Although they may appear new to this scene, the duo has had many years of experience, with local and oversea grooming exposure. They are also quick to point out that their grooming rooms are constructed with glass walls, so that there is a greater sense of trust between customer, pet and groomer. Customers can also assured that only quality products are used for all grooming sessions.

Spa fans will be pleased to know that Inu+Petz also provides mud spas to pamper your pets. An interesting course known as the "Hobby Class" helps to impart valuable knowledge such as pet care for new (and veteran) owners, basic grooming of your own pet as well as some fundamental pet nutrition. Pet sitting and nursery services are also available, so that busy pet owners are able to leave their animals in a safe sanctuary, while the pets can have fun socializing in Inu+Petz's "haven for furry angels".
