For ladies only! Toa Payoh room available from June 08.. I am an Indian homeowner, lookin to rent out my extra room (and maybe my hall). One other tenants in other rooms is Malaysian Indian, the other Indonesian. I prefer a tenant who can help to keep the premises she uses clean, as far as possible. No cooking preferred, other than cooking noodles, boiling water. No pork or mutton in fridge, pls. Washing machine avail, room fully-furnished. Near MRT and good amenities. Many thx and God bless,
