Room for rent starting August 1st.   Very easy going roommates where we come and go as we please.  (Singaporean, American, Japanese)  Fully furnished condo.  Room has a queen size bed, wardrobe, desk, sitting chair, night table, etc.  Big beautiful green tree outside the bedroom window.  You will be welcomed home daily by 3 friendly loveable pets.  A small Maltese dog and two stray cats.  Maid comes twice a week.  Can cook in a fully furnished kitchen.  All we ask is for you to clean up after yourself.  You will have your own bathroom, but it is not attached.  No condo facilities.  No lease.  No Deposit.  You can write me at loribormann@hotmail.com Rental price includes all utilities, cable, air-con servicing, maid cleaning weekly and wifi etc.  Located right behind Gleneagles Hospital and across from the Botanic Gardens.  About a 15 minute walk to Tanglin Mall.  About a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.  Buses 7, 75, 77, 105, 106, 123, 174.  Nearest MRT is Orchard.  Guests are welcome.  Couples are also welcomed, but rent will be $1500 instead.
