About Us

Formed in 1993, GSK Valuers & Property Consultants Pte Ltd is a professional real estate consultancy firm based in Singapore offering consulting services in every aspect of the real estate market.

From 1994 to 1995, offices were set up in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong & Taiwan to cover the regional needs of our clients.

In 2002, GSK Valuers partnered New America International (NAI), the oldest and largest corporate real estate services company in the world to serve the global needs of our clients. NAI provides the technology, the systems, the processes and the know-how for our global clients to manage-lease-buy and sell commercial properties around the world.

With the partnership, GSK Global has over 12,000 real estate professionals in more than 340 offices worldwide. The global reach has allowed our company to provide world-class services for our clients in more than 40 countries.
