Growing up as an unfit and overweight teenager, Ian totally understood the pain of struggling with weight issues. Being able to successfully lose weight and achieve his fitness goals through hours of hard work, studying, researching, training and trial and error, he soon discovered the desire to help others, who were once like him.
Having completed both the Basic Exercise Course (BEC) and Fitness Instructor Course (FIC), Ian is also a trainer who is well versed in the usage of training equipments like the TRX, Kettle Bells and sand bags.
