About Us
Attitudebikes, the company, was first formed in 1996 by a group of motocross/moto-trial enthusiasts who were using bicycles as a cross training tool to their respective disciplines.
However, due to their frustrations on what the Singapore markets had to offer in terms of products that were hardy, reliable and realistic to the abuse that these riders could or would dish out, the group set out to find out where and what the most dedicated and most hardcore companies lie.
This search led the group to Germany where they found IKO Corratec, a company dealing in high end bicycles specializing in roadracing and mountainbikes. This relationship paved the way to an intimate understanding of the bicycle business.
Soon after, the group learnt the base of the different disciplines and their cultures;
In the following years, the group started promoting Trials and Downhill racing and because of first hand knowledge they became very strict about the market needs and thus started importing really technically important, not just big names, but big performers, products to satisfy and educate the market as to ensure the maximum for the end user.
All products that the group manages are products aimed at the sport and the performance involved, not just some money tree venture.
Being a rider owned company related to rider owned companies has set Attitudebikes aside from the rest. The Attitudebikes` line of products is a collection of serious products for the serious rider, stuff made by people with a passion. This might seem a little elitist but when you are riding on the edge of control, you will feel it!
