Swimming is a full body exercise that provides excellent physical conditioning.

No matter who you are or where you live, swimming is rewarding activity to learn. Confidence in the water can also lead to other endeavors such as life saving, scuba diving, water polo, water skiing and windsurfing!


Swim Course Beginner:
Learn 2 Swim & Water Treading - Water confidence, rhythmic breathing techniques, floating, kicking, introduction to breastroke, stroke correction, extension of glide, stamina building and introduction to freestyle.

Swim Course Intermediate:
Front Crawl & Back Stroke - Stroke correction (freestyle), lap training for endurance, preparation for NASSA award Bronze (SSC), introduction to backstroke, stroke correction (backstroke), preparation for NASSA award Silver (SSC).

Swim Course Advanced:
Butterfly & Endurance Training - Introduction to butterfly stroke, distance swimming for all four strokes, endurance swimming and preparation for NASSA award Gold (SSC).

Swim Course Competitive Swimming:
Competitive Breast Stroke & Front Crawl with Start, Turn and Finish Sequences. Distance Swimming - Accomplishment of competitive strokes, distance swimming (80 - 100 lengths of the pool), individual sprint, relay and preparation for NASSA award Goldstar (SSC).
