Type of Yoga Courses

Basic Yoga
An introductory course for beginners to learn basic postures, stretching exercise and proper breathing methods in yoga. Suitable for all, yoga is a gentle yet effective way to de-stress and boost your energy for good health and vitality.

Asana & Pranayama
Commonly referred to ‘posture’, Asana are yogic postures prescribed for the purpose of comfort and firmness during meditation or Pranayama practice. Pranayama refers to the control of the breath in order to restore and maintain health. The practices of Pranayama and Asana go hand in hand to harmonize the flow of energy in our body, brining relaxation to our body and mind.

Pranayama & Sun Salutations
Sun Salutations is a series of 12 postures performed in a single, graceful flow, coordination each movement with breath. It stretches and strengthens all the major muscle groups in the body and increases flexibility and vital energy. Sun Salutation can be practised by all age groups.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga promotes health in many ways. Hatha Yoga creates an absolute balance of the interacting activities and process of the physical body, mind and energy. Hatha Yoga is a science of purification , which includes Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing), Bandha (locks) and Mudra (gestures). Hatha Yoga is considered to be the foundation of all higher yogas.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and energetic practice. It builds physical strength, flexibility and stamina.

Yoga therapy
Yoga Therapy is as scientific method for curing body and mind’s health-related problems. It is used to cure high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, obesity, gastric, constipation, diabetes problems, etc.

Slim Yoga
This form of yoga promotes wieght loss and maintains your body in a slim and healthy condition. It has an overall slimming effect, getting rids of toxins and unwanted fats from all parts of the body. Through effective breathing techniques and some important movement, it helps you become more flexible and slim.

Stress relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
Useful for all – Yoga Nidra is also known as “Yogic sleep with awareness” It is a wonderful process which brings relaxation to both physical and mental body. It also prepares our mind for spiritual discipline. All burdens are being removed from our mind as we enter into a blissful state of awareness. This practice is a more intense form of relaxation than our usual sleep. Yoga Nidra is also a basic step for meditation.

Kids' Yoga
Using yogic techniques made easy and fun, kids’ yoga is effective in aiding the child’s progression in self-discovery. As it teaches important skills of concentration, focus and self-discipline. It is beneficial for kids who are hyperactive. It also improves body’s balance and flexibility.

Exclusive Yoga (VIP)
This is an exclusive class for a personal and private yoga session. It’s main objective is to treat body and mind’s health-related problems such as high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, obesity, gastric, constipation problems, diabetes etc.
