Planning the overall preparation timelinePlanning the overall wedding budget or advise on how to maximise the couple’s budget

Act as your personal assistant in liaison with all appointed service providers regarding matters relating to your wedding preparations

Sourcing and recommending appropriate venue(s)

Site visits and inspection to the venue(s) for evaluation and discussions purposes
Sourcing for any other service provider that is needed for your wedding

Making appointments for discussions with service providers

Attending service providers’ appointment together with couples
Making recommendation based on your needs and budget

Planning and managing the itinerary, time and order of events, for the wedding day itself

Arranging and managing wedding rehearsal, if required

Managing all necessary liaisons with all parties involved before the wedding celebrations

Overseeing the set up and decoration of the wedding venue

Assist to manage the guest registrations / seating arrangement, when the situation arises

Control and manage the consumption of wine/hard liquor/beer and other beverages

Coordinating the Table-to-Table Photo-taking, if necessary.
Coordinating with the Banquet Manager, Emcee and other parties on the flow of events and programme.
