Francis Cheong, will set the runway ablaze once again with his signature flamboyance and flair for feminine grace. Presented by Cappa Roma, Francis’ meticulous creations have been seen on celebrities such as Maggie Cheung and Sandy Lam, while Fann Wong and Korean heartthrob Jang Hyuk will soon be seen wearing his grand finale costumes in the movie “Dance the Dragon”. Returning to the Festival this year, Francis will showcase his versatility with the flamboyance that he is renowned for.

Singapore Fashion Rules! is an exciting preview of the latest collections from some of Singapore’s emerging fashion talents. Labels that TaFf will highlight at the Festival include FrüFrü & Tigerlily, Furrmuse, PIMABS and Mu.
