Master Chef Sebastian Goh’s homage to all mothers is one for the heart, literally. Using only the freshest ingredients whilst incorporating modern and Szechuan-style of cooking, flavouring and presentation, Chef Sebastian creates the most appealing, natural and nutritious cuisine.
