1)Try going Korean by adding some kim chee (easily available at most supermarkets)

2)Grate some carrots, chop up some button mushrooms, and add it to your noodles.

3)Add some coriander or parsley and some shallots.

4)To increase fibre content, throw in some broccoli or cauliflower and carrots.

5)Add seaweed and sesame seeds for a Japanese twist.

6)Cut up some silky tofu and use a miso soup base for your noodles.

7)Make mee goreng with your noodles – add in peas, corn, carrots, ketchup, chicken
stock and some chicken.

8) Throw in some anchovies, and use soy sauce to make it tastier.
