The Concept

Over the last century Indians have moved to all corners of the world. Adopting to the local cultures has led to the fusion of styles that has created new ways of preparing traditional dishes. This in turn has led to delicious new recipes using herbs and spices available in the local regions.

At Chutney Café the basic style of cooking is North Indian utilising the Tandoor (clay oven) as a key cornerstone. This provides the very popular Tandoori dishes, Kebabs, Naans & Rotis that have become the symbols of Indian fare throughout the world.
However, we have gone one step further and FUSED the taste with European, Chinese and African styles to create an exquisite taste. This is further amplified by the use of fresh meat and vegetables delivered daily to provide the quality found in only the best restaurants.
